About True-Blue Training
True-Blue Training was established in 2012 by its founder, Chris Grobler, to provide on-site unit standard training services for our valued clients on earthmoving machinery, lifting machinery and safety training.
Our qualified team has a multitude of experience in all aspects of the Company.
Our Managing Director has more than 30 years experience in Logistical Administration, Financial Administration and Human Development in the Governmental environment.
Our Sales Representative, who has extensive marketing knowledge and experience, is able to identify clients' needs.
Our Office Manager, who comes from a mining and labour background, knows how to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that clients receive excellent service.
Our learner material is outsourced to a highly qualified and competent development team who ensures that our material is kept up to the unit standard requirements.
We only contract accredited Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators.
BEE Compliance
As a start-up company, True-Blue Training is registered as a level 4 contributor to B-BBEE with the Department of Trade and Industry (Sworn Affidavit – B-BBEE Exempted Micro Enterprise).
True-Blue Training's primary purpose is that of being a service provider of learning programs. It will, from time to time, make use of staff from other providers to deliver a required service or product. Screening and selection of these providers will be based on the ability and competence level of these staff members with due regard to giving preference to providers who represent the so-called designated groups.

• Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA) with accreditation number TETA13/374.
• Our secondary accreditation is with the Construction and Education Training Authority with accreditation number CETA 8R85218, the Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services SETA with accreditation number merSETA17-QA/ACC/1174/16, and the Mining Qualifications Authority with accreditation number 16/MQA/0787/PA/160318.
